Service Description
This is a therapeutic, beginner-friendly experience specially designed for craft lovers! Using the magic of "pixel puzzles," you can "paint" your favorite designs bead by bead with vibrant colors. From your favorite anime characters and pet photos to any image you love—absolutely anything can be transformed into a mosaic pixel art piece! You can turn your finished masterpiece into a personalized keychain to carry with you, a cute fridge magnet to decorate your kitchen, or a unique desktop display frame. ✨ Your 4-Step Crafting Journey: Step 1 💡 Choose Your Design: We provide a wide range of mosaic templates at the studio. Want a custom look? We can help convert your favorite photo into a pixel chart on the spot! You are also more than welcome to bring your own design or completely DIY. Step 2 🎨 Build the Puzzle: The workshop provides all the tools and premium materials you need, including hundreds of bead colors to choose from. You'll place these vibrant beads onto a square pegboard to freely arrange your chosen design. Step 3 🔥 Iron & Fuse: Once completed, we will professionally heat-iron the piece to fuse the beads together perfectly. Leave this step to us—it's safe and hassle-free! Step 4 🎁 Final Touch: Add beautiful accessories to your finished piece and transform it into a personalized keychain, a fridge magnet, or a unique art display to take home! ⏱️ Duration: The crafting session is 2 hours. 💡 Friendly Reminder: The final heat-ironing process is not counted within the 2-hour workshop time! 💰 Extension Fee: If you would like extra time to perfect your piece, the additional fee is £5 per extra 30 minutes.

Cancellation Policy
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please kindly note the following: 1. Booking & Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or change your booking, please contact us by email<sericauk@gmail.com>. ▸ For bookings of 6 participants or fewer, changes or cancellations made 7 days or more in advance are free of charge. For group bookings of more than 6 participants, 14 days’ notice is required for any changes or cancellations. Changes or cancellations outside of these timeframes are not permitted and are non-refundable. ▸ Please note that platform service fees are non-refundable and will not be included in any refund. 3. Accessibility Our studio is located on the first floor (up one flight of stairs), and there is no lift available in the building. If you have any mobility requirements or accessibility concerns, please contact us in advance — we will do our best to support you. 4. Late Arrival Please try to arrive on time. As the workshop includes guided instructions, we may not be able to extend the session or provide refunds for late arrivals. 5. Photography We may take photos or short videos during the workshop to capture the lovely moments. If you prefer not to appear in photos, just let us know — we completely understand. 6. Health & Well-being If you feel unwell, please email us as early as possible. We will do our best to help if any adjustments can be made. We look forward to crafting together with you! ✨
