Workshop Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you need to cancel or change your booking, please contact us by email at sericauk@gmail.com.

▸ For bookings of 6 participants or fewer
Changes or cancellations made 7 days or more in advance are free of charge.
Changes or cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop are non-refundable and cannot be accommodated.

▸ For group bookings of more than 6 participants
Changes or cancellations require at least 14 days’ notice.
Changes or cancellations made less than 14 days before the workshop are non-refundable and cannot be accommodated.

Refunds
Where a refund is applicable, any platform service fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
