Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping and booking with us.

For products:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

For workshops:
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the session are eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling. No refunds will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows, as materials and preparations will already be in place.

If we cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
